Me and me family visited trecco bay during the summer holidays and couldn't believe the difference in the Venue compared to last year, what a difference! The park looks amazing and all the staff were so friendly and helpful!
A big shout out to Adam, Adam and Morgan, the 3 young gentleman who work in the Boathouse restaurant were amazing and made me and my family all feel welcome as they cleaned our table in the outside seating area. The customer service really makes the restaurant a lovely place to visit and I would 100% recommend visiting there. The only downside was the wait on the food as it was quite busy however when it arrived it was all very tasty!
Overall me and my family really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back next year!
Staff going the extra mile an action packed holiday with so much variety of things to do. One night at midnight my car wouldn't start and Thomas Wright a member of staff help others and went the extra mile out of his work hours. Everyone from reception to the cleaners and staff were Just amazing
This year has been a record year for holidays in the UK next year is expected to be even better.
